I had tried a similar e-wallet App, SarawakPay. Reload by using Quantum Mastercard is not allowed. So I am curious if anyone had successfully used QM to reload BigPay, then use BigPay.

I just applied for new BigPay yesterday and yet to receive the physical card.

Some sites allow local credit cards to complete transactions only.
Unfortunately Quantum Mastercard is not. I checked the binlist, "5379-92" is from United States!
Unless Public Bank / Mastercard can update.

If QM can be used to top up BigPay and get 5% cashback,
I will apply for a new Quantum Mastercard, then top up RM600 and get RM30 rebate.
Then withdraw RM600 at a local ATM and the service charge is only RM6.
Then use the money to pay Public Bank!
Still not sure if there are other cost.

Someone used Alliance credit card and successfully received rebate.
I am testing using Maybank FCB VS. I will know the outcome on 2/4. I did receive OTP.
I was curious if someone here had tested using PBB VS / QM.

If MBB FCB 2% rebate on BigPay, then I can use it to pay insurance premium >RM2500 (2% ROI)
Or, HLB Wise 0% for RM1000 on BigPay, then another RM1000 @ 10% (3 categories)

Using UOB Yolo? Got 8% rebate?

I have checked the PDS, PB never excludes MCC 6012 for cashback (VS/QM).
Even the online government transactions, we still get online rebate.
I received OTP from Maybank / PB for top up of BigPay.

I just received the BigPay card during lunch time (I applied on 20/3).
I need to activate the card before I could proceed to 2nd top up.
(I used Maybank FCB VS for first top up, it was debited on the same day so BigPay is using Maybank platform)
If I top up today using PB VS and it should be posted on 23/3. Then I will know the outcome on 24/3 (rebate on 23rd).

RM0.00 Your MSOS Code for card ending XXXX is XXXXXX for online txn at BigPay of MYR XX.Code will expire in 4 mins. [Maybank OTP]

You used Public Bank Visa Signature or Public Bank Quantum Mastercard for the BigPayMe transactions?

Or Quantum Visa?

Haha if MBB FCB gives 2% cashback, we can turn the unused quota (RM2500 every month) into some free cash loh.
Just like Shopee, Bigpay is absorbing the credit card expenses (1.1%) to play the FinTech game.

Haha we were brainstorming how to squeeze free money out of our credit cards.

We are still exploring using various credit cards to top up BigPay and wait for the outcome.
For the time being, only Alliance You:nique Card is workable.

Press 4 for New Application status
Then key in your 12-digit I/C number.

We were discussing on a similar item, AirAsia's BigPay App/Mastercard yesterday.
Most likely PB will not (but some banks will) give online rebate to the quasi cash transactions.
It had been reported here before that Boost Top up and BigPay top up transactions were not eligible for Online Rebate.
Also, I don't think you can use Visa/Mastercard to top up TouchNgo APP at this moment.

But I did receive online rebate for another Quasi Cash scheme, SarawakPay.
