or services (local and overseas) with the use of the PB/PIB Credit Card and may, at
Public Bank‟s discretion, include any PB/PIB Credit Card transaction as may be

a) “Flexipay” AND “Zero Interest Instalment Plan” monthly instalment payment.
b) Balance Transfer
c) Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments
d) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related

e) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transaction
f) Cash Advance / Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, interest payments,
late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals, payment to charity(ies),
Goods and Services Tax and any other form of service / miscellaneous fees.

I had 2 >Rm100 transactions on Lazada on 22 Jan 18, not getting the weekly CB promo, but received normal 5% CB in Quantum Master. Today called in to CS, CS said lazada is direct marketing, it is an exclusion on weekly CB promo.

Hi guys, I took the signup promo for Quantum Card where need to spend RM150 for each card on retail transactions within 60 days to get the luggage bag. 

Recently I called them to ask about the luggage bag, they said that Lazada purchase is not counted as retail transaction but Shopee transaction counted bcos of different MCC code.

I'm not sure whether I interpreted the TnC correctly but they didnt seem to exclude online transactions rite..?

If using quantum card to pay tnb through tnb app, do I get the rebate ? Thabz

I see, so basically this means transaction on lazada, utilities, governmental all not counted for promo/campaigns but for the 5% cashback for online transactions, its still valid?

ok that's more clearer    2nd order should be unsuccessful.

give Shopee a call tomorrow. they can check the order status. the authorized charge to PBQM would be auto-release back since Shopee wont claim it due to unsuccessful order.

happened to me previously, Shopee CS can quickly checked and i monitoed the authorized charge too. so far, no shock from them

seems no issue with VS. 

i got one lazada >RM100 trx in week 6. it was eligible for the promo cb.

nahh, havent used pbb cards lately at lazada

My case still unresolved.. the txn was posted to my PBB QM. Shopee CS told me their payment channel agent ie Cybersource will refund to me within 7-14 working days.. (which is standard reply), but as I know Shopee refund took less than than 5 working days. I wonder whether they initiate the refund since I can’t even track the txn as no purchase history appear. Now I’m stuck, I dunno who should I refer to to get back my money. Whether I should file dispute with PBB.

It seems like my VS manage to make payment to shopee but not quantum. Anyone facing this issue?
