Thank you too! Was looking high and low on how to do it without visiting a branch... well finally can view my statement hehe. I actually had to guess my credit limit... for a few times LOL, didn't keep the letter... threw it away already.

to those with statement date on the 1st monthly, what are your strategy for the cashback promo coming Week 18? Cos it's 30th April and some merchants like Shopee post transactions 1 or 2 days later? Then the monthly RM38 VS cashback will be brought forward to May. How to kill 2 birds with 1 stone ???


I was thinking : to finish maximising all VS CB before 30th April, then only participate in the RM500 x 2 on 1st May (Tuesday). Any better idea?

Do this apply to removed cancelled card ?
Last time, last yr when I got my VS, I filled up form to link my e-banking and remove the cancelled card

But in the end no remove...
Not bother to follow up anymore

Lol.. I'm not PBB CS, so I'm not sure.. I only shared based on my experience on getting access to active cards..

It's an online form.. No harm trying to do it yourself for the cancelled card..

I got my first statement for Quantum cards and I've paid all the amount into one account number.

This is what I see from my pbe website right now, do I have to pay the balance separately? Or will this be adjusted later on?

You have to pay separately.

Call PB to transfer the excess to your other card.

Can anyone please advise me how do I get my TAC?

I can't register my card for internet banking because of this.

I called cs and they told me to go branch to register phone. Went to pb branch and the cs told me call pb cs to activate card.

But my card activate and I just can't get the TAC for my internet banking.

The pb cs is just throwing me back and forth without solving my issue.

Go to branch to update/change your mobile phone number, with your I/C and thumbprint.

this campaign needed us to spend 200 or 1000 to earn the cash back. but after tallied up, it only amounting to 5% which is the current cash back % the bank is giving. wonder what u guys spend for the cash back $$?

not just 1000. can be combination of 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 10x RM100.

if you planned it right, 5% from promo cb4u, on top of card's own cb 5%/6%.

Most will spend on categories that earn 5%(Quantum)/6%(VS), so in total 10%/11%.
