Oh yeah, mastering other foreign languages is actually quite lucrative as well. Its a very good+ point. If you are in Uni, rather than taking normal subjects go take a language subject instead. It will serve you better than almost any subject you take up in uni.

Ah yeah, of course it is also the key for you to higher paying jobs.

I save roughly rm3.5K to rm4K permonth. I still trying to reduce my monthly expenses.

My brother who works as a flight crew in air asia  earning more than RM15k one month .. imagine how much is it. unfortunately he could'nt assist me on my financial right now.. not even one sen he give me .. the reason is he cant manage his financial well and this is why when you are earning big bucks of money doesnt mean that u have everthing.. this is an good example of it.. dissapointing .. 0.0"

1) 2.4k per month for a 410k house with 30yrs loan? 2,400 * 12 * 30 = 864,000...the interest itself is already higher than the house.   
2) astro is a luxury, not a must. i spend my entire life without astro, my pc and streamyx is enough
3) 500 - 800 just for bills? 100 electricity and water, 100 for streamyx, 100 for phone..u still got at least 200 before reach 500.

the more u earn, the more u spend. if u do not plan your financial properly, even 10k wont be enough for u
