Doesnt our value determined by how much thing we are able to work with. No point if you can make the top management happy.
If so, you can never get out of the company, since your skill sucks, and noone wants to hire someone who only know how to talk, but dunno how to work.

taking over your father's company didnt give you a satisfaction of your ability to earn your own money at first.
