The western upbringing makes them more expressive and outspoken as compared to the asian where asian values makes them more conservative. For e.g The western make it a point to deliver their opinion and their thoughts more openly. If they dont like you or the way it presented, they will just express it directly. On Asian side, if they like it, they will express. If they dont like it, it is either they keep their mouth shut or they give you a black face. From our upbringing, our parents taught us to respect, dont question so much esp when you dont like it.

Totally agreed that Asian are a lot hardworking..Western just know how to talk talk talk and the Asian just do do do. Looking at MNC, the top ones just know how to talk but if they really goes down to do, that is another different story.
