Well, I'm managing IT Services for 2 out of many important divisions like most Oil and Gas companies and im covering more than 1 region as well.

My working hours = 5 days * 8 hours (40 hrs a week)

+ / - extra 3 hours every week to pick up conference calls after work hours..thats it...

Do travel moderately as well.

Hard work that i meant was it all depends on how u start your career in job market. To be honest, i did struggle alot during my early years when i first started my career 4 years ago in different companies (Stay back at work very late and work on weekends including public holidays as well) and doing jobs which are not related to my position. In conclusion i use to do 3 ppl's different job by myself......Thru hard work thats where u will be recognise and appreciated and when u switch to different companies..thats where they tend to evaluate and recognise whom you are.

Life has never been easy....You have to struggle to achieve success..
