Im 27..I have no sales experience but had been 6 years working experience. Hence my current new job is regional sales engineer(asean countries & local sales)...being offer a basic Rm3.8k & 1% commision...btw, am pursuing my part time MBA...i just join <2 months...previous my solely basic is Rm4.8k as regional product engineer...

Is your basic is Rm5k? My basic definition is excluded Allowance, overtime,commision, and claims.

Ask your boss why he took his diploma? Ask him why not after standard 6 or even no need attend school & come out to excel his career?
You has the talent in studies but just that your dislike to study, believe me. You must have in control of your life what you wants and here not your boss control your life(perhaps at this moment you are).
If you are so work-a-holic, trust me you have 30 years down the road for you to work like mad, but studies will only consume you 2-3 years. The most important, your are very young & you should built your strong foundation (a proper education skill) which it will presume as a guide for your upcoming journey in your life.

As it quotes, a baby learn to crawl before walk and not vice verse. Ask yourself, why you need to go through your school day from kindergarden to SPM? Who you will be if you not gone through it?

Back to childhood day, i believe non of parents will encourage their children to drop out from school earlier which i always heard the nagging and advice from my oldies ppl during my childhood day.

I know a divorcy businesswoman who runs a western restaurant quite successufully. Her restaurant is help by all her children(5). I used to go lunch at her place, i was suprise those kid always help at her place, dont they need schooling. So i ask the ladies boss, its good to have all your children helps your out, future they can takeover your business. The lady boss said its glad they helping me, but she emphasis her children must have studies in priority, somehow all her children are self study without go schooling. Indeed earlier i had wrong perception of the lady boss why allow all her children help out without go schooling since so young. The ladyboss such a good mother.

Perhaps, the justification of elderly age of working people back to study tell it all importance of an education.
