are using Riger modem that comes standard with tmnet streamyx package?
i use that one too and faced same problem as you long time ago.

there is a solution for that, someone has posted the solution here in lowyat.net
but i forgot already how to do it. apa yang aku ingat nama dia 'port forwarding'
and you have to log in to riger modem as admin to do it.
