Anybody know how i can call the singapore toll-free number from malaysia ? I need to call them to cancel a service i no longer use ( XNA creators club)

Aihh i so stupid.. went and buy a 120GB HD from Gamer'shideout to d/l Xbox original games.. should have checked this forum first and I would have known that i couldn't download them
