Hi Guys,

just have a quick question about my Gamertag, i registered with my yahoo mail couple of months ago, unfortunately,
i somehow hit a "l" instead of an "i" in my gamertag name. Kinda ruined it for me.

Changing it i know would cost points, but is there anyway i can cancel this account or stop it being associated with my yahoo mail account?

I know i can just create another free email with hotmail or yahoo mail and sign up another account, but i was just wondering if i can
close or cancel my original xbox account so i can re-use my yahoo mail account.

But after some research, unfortunately you are right!. We cannot de-register the windows live id (email address) from the gamertag Even if you delete your account you can never use the same email to create another new xbox live account. it is forever tied to that. Must be some kind of control for their system. More info can be found at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906926

Anyway if anyone is interested, to cancel the xboxlive account, you have to call a number which i can only assume to be international.

Ah well. Thats just for anyone who did a stupid mistake like that. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION!!!! before saving!

hi guys,

i've been trying to download the GOW Multiplayer Map packs (hidden fronts, e.t.c) but everytime i try to dl it, it says "The item is not available from your current location". But just now was playing with some local dudes and i couldn't join as it say the host have content i havent got.

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm assuming some of u guys have managed to dl the maps? if so, where and how can i download them. Thanks alot!

Aikz! So no other ways to get the maps? very sad to see you guys play and i can't join. sigh oh well play my guitar hero 2 instead.
