Im new to XBOX , currently just bought prepaid card from GH, ok , and succesfully downloaded games. Forgot to ask them about GOLD

If i want to play online with my friends, i have to have GOLD membership .. right.
Besides credit cards, how do i get this GOLD

They come in 1 month, 3 months and 1 year cards.

try go to system settings>console settings>locale>change to whichever region u like..not sure if it applies to xbox live as well.

Got some problem. I hope someone could help. Here it goes.

I bought my first 360 in early 07' and have I hv registered with Xbox live. Got 3roded 6 months later,sold the console and never online ever since. But recently bought another 360 and tried to sign in to live using my old HDD. Successfully connected to live but there's a notfication "cannot sign in to messenger" appears. I suspected my live ID which is attached with my acc has expired but right now there is no way I can change my live ID with another one since there is no option on changing it. But I have no problem to redeem my 48 hours live to play online over the weekend. Please advice. Thanks.

sometimes if the user you wanna add is not available or his friend list full then you cannot add also...
