In xbox.com, my status is printed as shown in attachment (xbox status.jpg). -> Singapore
But my account contact/ billing information is as attached (contact.jpg) -> United State

The country part of the contact cannot be changed anymore.
Thus, my account is singapore or US???

While registering new XBOX Live account, which country did your Hotmail account registered? If your Hotmail account registered under US country then your XBOX Live account will be US account too.

my hotmail's contact is US (that time hotmail will be upgraded to 2GB becoz of this address).
Then my xbox account is US? then why in left pic it shows as singapore? I'm confused.

So in this case, should I buy US or asia live gold prepaid?

I think you are in the same situation as me.
My account is Singapore region, but my MS billing address is US. So when i enter my visa detail, i use valid US post code.
It's weird..ya, i know.

Let us know whether you can purchase any MS point, my friend Radagust can't seem to do so.

Good luck, mate. The hardest Achv in COD4 would be the Mile High Club or the Sniper missions in Veteran, depending on how you look at it.

For me, hardest was neither, it was 2nd last mission in the War Room i think.

Which bank of credit card you are using? I'm afraid maybank or public bank local bank cannot be used???? It keeps saying invalid c.c. no.

The country name displayed on your gamertag is only locale settings, you can change what ever country you like from your console (System > Console Settings > Locale) but your XBOX Live Account region cannot be change. For quick verification your Account is US or Singapore, go to Marketplace > Spotlight. If you can see 'Free Stuff' column, thats mean your account is US region, if not then it is Singapore region.

Me and I believe lots of credit card user here not longer can purchase MS points via XBOX Live, guess MS already banned our credit card for MS Points. So my recommendation is use prepaid card.
