Now big four also not fantastic anymore lo cause why they are not listen to customer request ... so don't blame customer too much , I wonder why no war for postpaid n prepaid  see who give best facilities..
*
The war already ended few years back, Celcom started it with the First Basic 38 plan and then others followed, Maxis got a taste of their own medicine for being unfair and stubborn, remember?

Yoodo is funded by Celcom, the rest was same...
Excepted Yoodo/Celcom doesn't support VoLTE yet, which mean I got mostly time full bar of 4G around whole Penang island but during incoming/outgoing calls will affected data connections as auto-switching to 2G/3G.

Therefore now I'm sticked with 3G/H/H+ as I need data all the time.
*
I wonder what's taking Celcom so long to launch their VoLTE service, it's taking like ages now...

Once Celcom launches VoLTE, then Yoodo and RedOne could also enjoy the goodie as well, but god knows when they will finally launch it.

celcom will simply allow them to have such new feature as well? Need to wait and see how celcom going to play

Both Yoodo and RedOne are under Celcom if I'm not wrong, so shouldn't be a problem I guess.

But damn...2 years later and still no news about VoLTE from them yet.

Vowifi nop, as Celcom Networks everywhere.

I tried to register for e-sim using the app but then an error keeps popping up after the selfie part... doh.gif

I tried many times, even until it showed a screen stating that there's too much lighting...

Tried to contact their CS but they said they will have to get to their team first. sad.gif

Not sure if it's an issue with Huawei App Gallery tho.

Previously issued of OTP I can't login mycar apps.
Hightlight already, n make report already still the same result.
Until wanna to use "shout" baru to settle the problem.

I know currently 20GB with RM20 is really cheap. But sometimes not so utilize kuat 20GB, I try to change around 5GB or 2GB are more expensive than you take 20GB..

I more keen if 20GB can carry forward next month, then I will decide yo continue use..
*
It's more of a problem with MyCar instead of Yoodo, their app sucks.

They already cut ties with the previous app developer and that is why they discontinued the old MyCar app, and now it's MyCar Superapp.

Hi guys, my friend is trying to port in to Yoodo from Digi, she just paid her last bill just before the bill expires and already applied to port in.

But then after a little while she checked her app and apparently there is some unbilled amount, should it be ignored or she gotta pay for it?

Thanks guys!

If she didn't clear all payments, then she will be rejected by Digi. And need MNP again.

Thanks for the advice!

Already told her to pay just in case. smile.gif

Hi everyone, my friend wants to port in to Yoodo from Digi, she just received her sim card but the status is still showing "Portability requested" even after she waited for few days and paid all her previous bills, how long does she have to wait for the port in process to be completed? Or she have to activate the sim card first?

She haven't received any SMS so far.

I'm worried she might get charged with new bill again next month if she keep hanging on with Digi.

Not really clear on Yoodo's port in process with physical sim card cuz I ported in using Esim. sweat.gif

Thanks!

I seriously don't get how are we gonna enter 5G era next year if they're still offering capped speed that's less than 10 Mbps. doh.gif

No telco is dumb enough to open the flood gates to cheapskates which will abuse unlimited to themselves.
Remember Umobile and Yes 4G?
Their network was overloaded because there are some subscribers which abuses the network due to unlimited.
regardless whether tether or not. Finally they had to put FUP.

Akin like - You wanna drive a Ferrari, you have to pay premium . Including fueling up with Shell Vpower.

Anyhow, telcos already give an option : You want maximum speed, you have to pay "abit" more for it and make do with limited quotas.
You want unlimited data, yes, but with FUP attached and capped speed.
So that its fair for other users. And I know abusers will hate FUP for sure.

To me : 5G is like an empty new highway. Damn fast initially. But imagine each user can use 500Mbps the least . I really wonder how many users it can sustain on average 500MBPS, on each 5G cell tower. Anyhow this is just theory only.
*
I don't condemn if they had to put FUP due to abusers, but maybe they can increase the speed a little more to cope up with the latest tech?

Wouldn't it be ironic if unlimited plans are still capped with less than 10 Mbps once they start to advertise 5G? Also they don't even have VoLTE.

Maybe it's just me, I could be asking too much. hmm.gif

Lmao the reason why I switched to Yoodo from Digi 38 Postpaid was mainly because of RM20 for 20GB, with all the issues on Yoodo I don't really think it's worthy to stay anymore, based on my experience even Digi is more stable than Yoodo... hmm.gif

Marketing gimmick, but still cheaper than other postpaid plans tho, at least for the RM 25 one.

*
Some said YES confirmation SMS will be sent to you early in the morning, like real early, some received it like on 4am or something iirc, and the SMS would expire in like 1 hour.

At first I thought it's maybe just random few cases, until I also experienced it, which they sent the SMS to me on 6am sharp lol, luckily I was awake that time.

On a good day, very poor 4g. On most days, no data at all.
Yup true, even though using the same Celcom coverage, doesn't mean it's as good. It's weird though, in theory it should be the same but in real life it's not, especially in yoodo's case.
*
At the end of day, it's all marketing gimmick from capitalists.

If so called "powered by Celcom" MVNO is having same quality as Celcom itself, who would go for Celcom by paying more anyways?

But then, Yoodo is seriously one weirdo MVNO compared to others, having more frequent downtimes and issues geez.
