Hello, thinking of getting this for my mum. She uses about 3 hours of calls per month. Less than 1GB data. Rare sms here and there.

Is yodoo calls to like other numbers truly free and part of the package?

2 years ago, my mum's line was a supplementary line under my Umobile package at the time. Share line i think. But some calls to other handphones did not "count" as free calls and was charged. I wonder if its the same for Yadoo?

Can i "manage" everything for my mum's number using the app on my phone? (Different line)

Im asking cause my mum older generation, not pandai with all these add credits la renew plan la all that. So can i do these on my phone(not yodoo line) with the app?

Or must it be the app on the same phone, with the yodoo app?

edit: The customizable packages, and the add on for Twitch especially is what i use the most these days is making me contemplate even moving my own line to yodoo

Travelling to Thailand next week for 5 days..
wondering if i get the Roam like Home thing RM30 for 7 days Zone A.. can i still use my Highspeed data for hotspot like normal?

Thanks, i did change it, but some confusion coz the other line i use is Celcom Xpax Postpaid.. i hope i didnt change the wrong APN lol..

Be warned that yoodo cant send sms to 5-digit banks sms.

So if ur banking needs involve sending sms to participate in bank offers/sms participation etc, then this wont be possible with yoodo. You receive the sms, but cant sms back.

I discovered yoodo last year, ported in my main, but then discovered that i cant sms to banks, so ported out after 3months..

I ported into yoodo for my 2nd line as esim and used it for extra data and roaming data coz i find it cheaper and easier to use.

Speaking of roaming on yoodo..

Anyone has experience with yoodo roaming when crossing 2 I plan to go to UK, but then 3 days i will be going go France. Both countries are under Roam Like Home Zone B.

If i buy a 7 day package, then Day 2-5 i head over to France, then Day 6-7 back in UK. Do i need to break it up into smaller packages or can i straight get the 7 day package and have it work all the way?

Alright, just as i suspected. Was intrigued coz it falls under same Roam Like Home Zone B for both UK and France.

UPDATE:
Just spoke to Yoodo Live chat, apparently the 7 day pass WILL work for my case. It falls under same Zone is their explaination.

Will report back next month if it works lol.
