Did yoodo have customer support number for us to call in?

Granted it's great value for the price you pay, but in certain cases it can be too much of a good thing, especially since Yoodo doesn't have rollover for unused data.

IMO it's be great if Yoodo could introduce a low volume data plan suitable for elderly people or low data users. 2GB is too much. 500MB or 1GB would be good, I think.

You're porting to XOX prepaid or Black?

In your opinion, does XOX offer better value or price compared to Yoodo? Just curious to know what your thoughts are.

I applied to port out from yoodo already but digital says yoodo kept saying I did not reply their sms by replying yes. But I never gotten any sms. N there is no freaking contact number for yoodo. They refused to answer my email. Who to complain to. Kpdnkk for fraud.

Are you sure about this? If not mistaken, you can hotspot to another device but it has to be using the app in order to utilise the add-on. If you're using a pc, most likely you'll be using a web browser but I don't think web browser qualified to use the add-on.

I registered yoodo for my phone 2nd sim.
But i feel the connection is weird. Surfing for a while, and i feel there is no connection even connected. I need to refresh the page for reload.
Speed test, speed is fast. But always no connection.
Is it normal?

i realise that eventhough yoodo uses celcom network, the signal strengths/coverage are not the same
