Wanna ask about Yodoo reload. I have been using Yodoo quite sometime now. Usually I reload manually since I do not want to link my credit card to Yodoo. Howver, 2 months ago I used my prepaid debit card to renew my plan (not the Yodoo wallet) since that time my bank account has insufficient balance, hence I use my backup prepaid debit. Yesterday, I forgot to topup my Yodoo wallet, suddenly Yodoo renew my monthly plan using my prepaid debit card. I have been a looking for a solution for me to unlink my credit card but to no success. Has anyone tried to unlink credit card from your Yodoo account before?

mine is still under "order placed", im guessing they forgot my order.

Hi, I am also interested in this plan, but I am planning to use is for calls/sms only, and will put it on my dumb phone.. Since it uses an app, can I activate it on my main smartphone while the sim is on another dumb phone?

I am thinking of porting my old no from postpaid RedOne Amazing 48 to Yoodo because RedOne internet speed is terrible (less than 1mbps) and also Yoodo is cheaper. RedOne plan starts from 1st sept to 30th sept. If I port over starting 5th sept, do I have to pay a full month RM48 for RedOne or prorata based on usage? How do I settle the outstanding charges for RedOne from 1-5th sept - do I wait for the month end billing?

So any reimbursement for Merdeka eve's sudden "no internet" breakdown?

Mi 9..yesterday still ok and able to register new acc..after request for new sim then become blank..

I request new sim..plan when i receive the sim card only apply port in from celcome.. but now unable to open yooodo app

i just recheck finay can open now..hope can faster receive my sim.
want to ask when i activate my sim card that time can i request keep my number? want to port out from celcome.
