U are saying that u suppose to have same quality when u call from maxis volte to usa telco volte...There must be difference between telco A to telco A and telco A to other telco.
Of coz, it will be improved once the interconnections between telco has changed (from TDM to SIP)
Try celcom volte <-> digi volte if u have digi numbers..
