Brand to be discontinued. Most likely product line will be absorbed by Celcom prepaid. They probably need time (one month) for rebranding exercise.

You can top up 1 shoot RM 100 to earn around 4 months validity (110 days)
and later after that then buy the 365 validity
all have to do manually, more hassle

Why the hurry to port out? Why not see what will be offered later on 17th June? The line will still continue to run even after end of August. If no action taken, I'm sure it will be absorb into celcomDigi

Yoodo should lead with this, not just some corporate type of reply that is confusing and not answering their customer's questions.

Right from the start, the telco has been saying that only the "Brand" will be discontinued and service will remain. Many sceptics and even prominent news portals like soyacincau made big hoohah by saying Yoodo will cease operations 

I think maybe after 60 or 70% merger complete. Also it's paining for 2 seperate brands by one CEO. More like monopoly why not they merged just changed whole carrier name to CelcomDigi instead of Digi / Celcom when you sign new plan or device it's redirect to Digi store also

Walk in to Sunway maxis and Digi store today..both of them said need to sign up for postpaid plan first then can switch to prepaid.

Stick to yodoo first lah like this. Let see what happen after august.

I had a similar experience. It seems that the physical Maxis Center staff received incorrect information. When I visited a Maxis Center to port in as a Hotlink Prepaid customer, the staff informed me that I couldn’t directly port in to Hotlink Prepaid. Instead, they said I needed to port in to Maxis/Hotlink Postpaid for six months dulu, then convert to Prepaid. They are confident for their answer and even I repeat and clarify. They are very confident on the answer given. Then I clarify with Maxis Social Media team, the response I got; I just lazy to argue…



I then went to Celcom Blue Cube. Answer that I received was, postpaid users cannot port in to CelcomDigi Prepaid. However, if you are a prepaid customer from another telco, you can port in to Prepaid. In short, the policy is Postpaid to Postpaid and Prepaid to Prepaid. Only solution is for postpaid user, port-in as CelcomDigi postpaid, then convert to Prepaid after 1 month.

Lazy to argue, I just do port-in to Hotlink prepaid via online.

For their CelcomDigi postpaid are they on Celcom’s frequency band or DiGi?

Congrats to those are still on Yoodo, like me. We are now limited edition. I think very soon we will see the app become celcomdigi, and the carrier name will also change to c/d.

But if no RM5 discount.. and its RM25 for 20gb & 100mins.. Hotlink Pantas is a better deal for RM25....will see what happens.. maybe that's what I'll do
