Yes you can, in fact I am on voice only without purchasing any data. Validity will be 30 days from the date of purchase.

You need to subscribe to data plan, min rm12 for 2gb to use the data add on.

Just port in from celcom. Tested and not able to load the app without purchasing data.
Also, i'm only getting H+ on mine. Previously on celcom was getting 4G.

The beta is still free. However, it didn't work for me when I was in Japan.

Beta may or may not work in those beta countries. For precautions, better buy a local sim.

I used it when I was in hatyai. Remember to set the APN or else u can't use the RLH. U can contact their customer service for it or find it in their FAQ. It's free, but when I was in hatyai, I can just use 3G. Well better than none. Speed is still bearable.
