I think race might be in Ikano power center instead on the 26th May cause i read Star newspapers today and i saw that they are having RC race there during 26th and 27th May

for pro series u need about rm. 250.00 for one set with a fully modify car with all 8 alumi roller,FRPS, wheel bearing, high speed gear and with a set of good motor . (believe me that day we( me and david) calculated) (uncle Style for pro class only)

If only i manage to R&D ..

if no one playing this month race    the mini 4wd race will be gone forever... then all the R&D will be going to drain... and all the mini4wd will be on display cabinet only

count me in for both class if u get a race this month but dun know about others 

Wat motor oil???    for what ? 

dun use motor oil.. unless u got an engine on it ....

for me i used 'Q-plus' or someting equal 

do not soak with motor oil... need someting to protect the gear and provide lub..

anyway motor oil too thick and to much will slow your car... 

ps yr car will be oily and can have alot dust (carpet) also carry extra weight

try b4 car slower lah... i used sin tatic oil that y i change 

ps did not buy new but use balance after change my engine oil 

Yeah .. Maybe you can use Castrol Magnatec like the advert can protect your tear & wear ..

the next race will be held on th 3rd of june
so i think there is still time for preparation or r&d for this race so i hope there will be more ppl for this race if not the hope for more race will be slim

Erh .. What i can say is now still lack of tools & time ..
Chassis only 20%, Motor 60% done but need to test out in TU only know it works or not .. 

i am looking for ideas for the track setup for the upcoming race.
anyone of u got nice pics of tracks that u have seen pls post it so i can get some ideas for the track

I used to play A&Y cars before. Those aluminium plates are very light but can be out of shape easily once got bang on something. Unlike nowadays we have FRP plates so much better.

Anyway, I still love to play Tamiya. Especially those old setup, colorful plastic rollers, stablilizing pole with full of plastic rollers, hyper dash motor.

And I am also a Tamiya collector.

Please see the A&Y motor, I think you should seen this motor before.

as for the aluminium plates , i used one time , then i never used already ... all started bending into funy funy shapes .lol
