Do I still need to sideload it? Currently I have Mi Box S (recently updated to Pie 9 with beta 3) still the above APK's not working.

Guys, seek your help here ;-) On NVIDIA Shield TV while watching AOTG any programs, like after 10mins - I'm getting kick out or jumps back to main screen. Anyone has this issue and solution for it.

Already found the issue after doing some tests. Just for sharing purpose, the AOTG App was not compatible with my Bluetooth mouse. After I disable the mouse, the app does not crash any more
All is well now and I don't regret spending the extra to get the NVIDIA Shield TV PRO 2019

But prepare to pay SIRIM approval and all. Mine got stuck in customs and once the SIRIM approval was cleared, all was good to go

I don't regret buying this box even though you need to spend a little bit, worth it

The courier service I use was FedEx and they gave some agent contacts to help me with the SIRIM permit. You need to pay the agent for their services though.

The March version not working, I have tried all the possible troubleshooting. So sticking with the previous version until AOTG comes with another new version.

After update Shield Experience 8.2.0, only after factory reset the box seems to be fine for me. Only setback, needs to re-install everything again :-(

I'm using it and no regrets. Instead of wasting money buying cheap TV Boxes.

Everyone talks abt the new chromecast...my concern here on the space it got..so how to have large space? connect to NAS?

I had similar issues, the box just went dead last year. I reported to NVIDIA US and got it replaced, a bit hassle job, need to use American postal address and all because it's not supported in Malaysia. Cut short the story - when they replace the unit they send with a new PSU as well.

Just sharing my experience.

Warranty, I was not sure but the service desk was manage to verify from the serial no and all. Yup they send the replacement unit first before I send my spoilt unit back to them. I'm not sure what will happen if you don't send the spoilt one
