20-40mbps is seriously slow bro sad.gif . I am using Maxis fibre 300mbps..For Express VPN location specifically for Netflix I use San Francisco or Seattle and set protocol to UDP and getting speed between 200mbps tp 300mbps depend on network traffic congestion, but of course ping will be over 200ms
