The GeForce now games doesn't benefit us much since there's no Asian server's yet available

Can.. But not a smooth experience for most. That can be rectified if they had Asian servers.. This is my understanding. Owners, do correct if wrong..

Can but the latency is around 200+ Ms as server is either US or EU so usually GeForce game streaming will drop to 720p 30fps to sustain playability.

This will be good when they add in Asia Pacific server. Used to have but they relocated. Till now still no new Asia Pacific server yet. Once available we can expect latency if between 30-100 max maybe

Use tablet version 7.9.2 think it's latest.

try this - unplug ethernet, use wifi.

Can try. I can connect thru Ethernet.

Do u have adoptable storage?
If yes, go to the app setting and move the app to internal storage..

Now I remembered, I did move app to internal as info given earlier and can use Ethernet to connect.

I used for Netflix, Kodi, Njoi Now, Iflix etc. No iptv may not work well. You have to try out yourself.

The Nvidia Shield is not a "tvbox"... No one buys the Shield for the reasons you are in here.
