KUALA LUMPUR: Ketika kelakuan 'ganas' segelintir pemain Liga Malaysia (Liga M) di atas padang dipertikai, penampilan beberapa jurulatih semasa perlawanan turut mengundang kritikan.

Legenda bola sepak negara, Khalid Ali mengakui dukacita dengan penampilan beberapa pengendali pasukan terutama jurulatih import yang dianggap tidak mengenakan pemakaian yang sesuai dengan liga profesional.

Khalid berkata, pemakaian seluar jeans yang lusuh oleh jurulatih dianggap memberi imej yang kurang baik, apatah lagi Liga M mungkin turut disaksikan peminat dari negara luar.

Justeru, katanya, Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia (FAM) atau Liga Bolasepak Malaysia (MFL) perlu melihat perkara itu dan menjelaskan garis panduan mengenai etika pemakaian oleh jurulatih ketika di atas perlawanan.

"Sebagai liga profesional, saya dukacita dengan penampilan beberapa jurulatih terutama ketika aksi Selangor dan Kedah sebelum ini. Sebagai jurulatih di padang, tidak berapa baik dari segi pakaian yang mana memakai jeans.

"Adakah FAM dan MFL membenarkan jurulatih memakai jeans? Pakai kemeja baju di luar, saya ada bercakap dengan kawan-kawan adakah ini liga profesional atau liga kampung?

"Saya rasa tak selera tengok jurulatih yang berseluar jeans. Pakai jeans pula yang lusuh, sepatutnya FAM dan MFL kena tengok benda ini," katanya kepada BH Sukan semalam.

Selain itu, Khalid yang juga bekas pemain Selangor memuji penampilan jurulatih Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), Benjamin Mora yang dianggap menepati ciri jurulatih dan liga profesional.

"Sepatutnya jurulatih pakai 'tracksuit' atau pakai blazer. Anda patut tengok jurulatih JDT, pakaian mereka, penampilan dan profesional dalam menguruskan liga tertinggi di Malaysia," katanya.

igt lega jgk masuk half time dpt seri sbb maybe bole regroup balik game tapi bole plak concede jz b4 halftime. jordin yang x puasa pun apedehal 2 kali gol dia punca -concede silly penalty pastu hilang marker bagi free header pulak. kumahran plak very lively n byk penetration from our left side yang usually is a safe side since jordin main LB. only after 2nd half instruction for jordin to cut back on his forward venture baru nampak stable sikit left side tu.

formation rasa cam same karsten employ past few games with midfield diamond buff kat tip, konrad anchor, 2 wingbacks to provide width, and 2 top with danial mcm slight freerole. tp arini x jadi sbb midfield hancur teruk, gone all the slick passing between alif/buff/brendan. mmg diorang x bole connectkan defence to attack so byk kena main long so in the end possession hilang camtu je.

danial ni drpd 1st game kut finishing dia x improve2, adoi la xkan 10 chance bole score 1 je. striker yang conversion rate teruk ni mmg payah.tp aku rase karsten lagi prefer dia main as freerole sbb mobility dia compare to eky. eky for me more towards box striker similar to ifedayo. altho dia bole main inside/outside fwd tp mmg nampak ineffective bila eky main role tu.

and good to see mukhairi is growing from game to game, slowly tapi nampak la performance dia improving. cuma for me his best position is where buff is playing, so kalau dia masuk first eleven, dia kena main wide position and the problem with that is aku rasa dia xde cukup speed to excel in that wide position.

Again very bad start. Rasa 1st half x threatening langsung. And pressing nampak semakin merosot. Ada kmungkinan karsten changed his gameplan after he realized his boys cant sustain .

For me, aku rasa problem start dengan konrad. aku da notice ms game lwn melaka, tapi kalini mcm lagi glaring. bila konrad main as single pivot at the base of diamond tu, dia struggle espc bila oppo high press. dia cam kete kebal kut x bole nak turn, so most of the time bila dia receive ball, semua ke belakang balik. pls la kalau ada orang yg amek stats ni tolong tunjuk berape byk dia dpt bola collect and turn towards oppo side. nak tgk jgk pass behind vs pass fwd ratio. mcm pass sideways pun kurang apatah lagi forward pass. bila dia x bole connectkan def dgn midfield and attack, so in the end CB terpaksa guna channel long ball untuk reach fwd area, either terus ke dayo/danial or towards wingback. so midfield diamond tu pulak kena mng 2nd ball coz dayo/danial bukan natural target man yang bole trap and hold ball very well. n collateral damage dia, player mcm alif haikal and mukhairi terus la nampak ssh nak function sbb diorang kene plak try dptkan loose second ball and x dpt nk unleash their prowess in having good buildup play.
secondly, da dia x provide untuk buildup play, main role dia as DM untuk breakup oppo play pun x bole, either dia x bole cover a lot of ground fast enough or sabah just try guna wide area instead. winger sabah plak menjadi saddil and no17. and bole tgk la bila dia kuar around 60th minute tu, game sgor turned with more attacking play. build up xde sgt la sbb xde proper playmaker tapi we moved the ball much faster and more fluid forward wise bila konrad kuar.

karsten punye midfield centric system menarik jugak for the eyes in terms of gameplay. ada players yg ada capability to execute it tapi x cukup players and nampak imbalance. if works well, left side da stable sbb aiyimbila bole jadi proper wingback: fast, defensively sound, reasonable final ball and x takut untuk bwk bola until byline. alif plak has good technique tuk connect aiyimbila dgn playmaker kt tgh/switch play/through ball to striker if ada opening. tp right side struggle sbb xde proper wingback kat area situ. firstly both wak/nama punya delivery still hancur, nama mmg xde nak venture sampai byline, and both nama/wak byk depend on BG to make the run forward in front of them which causes the imbalance sbb area tu bukan his most natural area for him to be in. he can provide great cross tapi it shouldnt have been his role to do that regularly.

aku agree la bole ltk kut BG kat DM and sacrifice la konrad. for me, maybe kalau nak tgk try lagi konrad ni, kena letak double pivot la kut, x bole main diamond midfield ni. tapi double pivot means ade winger yang betul2 function la, yg aku tgk bole function hakim ni je. ltk mukhairi, ok2 je la kut tapi as i said before his lack of pace makes it difficult for him to be outstanding there.

last night, b4 the 60mins tu we were kinda lucky stil 1-1. sabah had couple of good chances x convert, our gol tu pn sbb hakim dpt create space on his own and GK blunder. but after that, few chances espc dayo punya tu we just have ourselves to blame je la concede gol last minit tu. btw good set up by sabah la utk corner gol tu, nampak mcm a properly rehearsed training ground corner kick routine. x slalu nampak kt msia league ni. kalau freekick byk la kut, corner aku x byk sgt proper setpiece mcm ni.

My take on the game. Ptg tu hujan lebat aku dah saspek dah padang soggy gila. Nampaknya pujian padang PJ ni earlier this season xde makna lah...sbb aku igt 1st game pun mcm after heavy rain padang tak kopak.. rain stopped abt 4 hrs before kick off..

Jordan ni kena slow2 rest balik. Aku perasan M league as a whole tak berapa bijak dalam wonderkid management (ok la 20 tahun main 1st eleven kira wonderkid la wakakaka)

Aliff game dia agak stuck dah few games hence aku ok dia kena drop smlm. Same goes dgn ariff aiman J...sampai satu stage mcm dh hit the plateau tak boleh nak gi..kena drop sekali sekala patutnya.

Another very very bad 1st half. Aku x sure napa still nak main bola on the floor on that soggy pitch. My criticism on Konrad might be bit unfair (sbb safuwan injured afterwards) but my god...he is so slow to offer options for back 4 to release the ball. And bila full back pass to him..he will just play safe pass to back 4...very tiresome to see ..tak berani venture forward..ok la xde la harap dia buat penetrative thru ball ke apa..
Tp dgn setup PJ yg for me agak deep..he shud be more confident to atleast do forward pass
