Late last week, a member of our team tried to increase participation in our contest by posting an entry herself. She then made the mistake of announcing herself as the winner without realising there were other eligible entries. This is unprofessional, and I am disappointed and sincerely sorry for our team’s mistake. I know this is a sensitive issue and we never meant to take away the prize opportunity from anyone.

We will employ stricter social media policies and training to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We will definitely take your feedback into account for our next contest and improve on our offerings. I will work with the team to make the next contest far better. Our hope is that you will give us a chance to redeem ourselves by taking part in it. 🙏
