I have a housing loan from Maybank Commodity Murabahah Home Financing-i. In the agreement, it is not written whether it is flexi or fixed loan. They have been deducting a fixed amount from my account for the past 1 year.

Let’s say I would like to pay an excess amount via Maybank2u.com.my, will it be consider overpayment or early payment to reduce my loan amount?
