I have a situation, as I will explain it below in a simple manner :
1. Changed new plan under Digi (now Digi Infinite 100)
2. Replaced simcard for new phone.
3. Lost access to Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator.
4. Performed self-troubleshoot, selected option for Steam to send code to phone.
5. Page stuck with message : "There is a problem while accessing Steam server".
6. I've not receive a single SMS from steam since I changed plan and simcard.
Conclusion : Unable to login to Steam, unable to receive SMS from Steam, unsure if this phone number still can be used for Steam account.
Read Steam's FAQ, they mentioned something about VOIP. I'm pretty sure my number is not.
Please advise / help if you do have experience / expertise on this.
