It's a Malay Reserve Property just like Maskiara Condo and Rencana Royale at TTDI. Non-Malays should look elsewhere, including non-Malay bumis (my apologies if this sounds racist here).

This project is for Bumiputera only.

It is a freehold on Malay Reserved Land under Segambut, Mukim Batu, so its Kuala Lumpur address.

It is not a mampu milik scheme so no restriction to how many units Bumi can buy, sell or even rent later.

In terms of accessibility, it is using the old Damansara road connecting to the nearby KPJ Damansara Hospital II and Empire City.

Malay Rezab is only for Malays.. not all Bumi are Malay...
