I don't know about unifi but for streamyx they used 3rd party agent instead of their own staff for me who didn't bother coming and kept rescheduling in their system without my input and never answer his phone either from me or from tm support. If you report this delay tactic/postponement/cancellation to TM, they will blacklist the contractor. These days TM hardly uses their own staff except for VIPs so we have to deal with contractors, but you must make a written complaint as well as social media and that will prompt them to send a class A contractor to you.Wasted my time waiting for that lazy bum. It took 2 weeks or more they finally had to change installer agent for me. |
