To my understanding, you cannot call or SMS without the call plan. hmm.gif No PPU rate for call, SMS and data. All come in plan quota.

You are correct. Stacked up into data. Let say you left 15GB and you purchase a 8GB data plan, it will add into your current data quota. 19GB LTE Only and 4GB 3G/LTE
