After placing order, just have to wait for a subsequent mail asking you to go and collect your cards at the place you chose?

Went to TM Tasek, Ipoh to go and collect the cards, say no stock already and was asked to come back tomorrow. Real disappointed. When I was there, many people were queuing up applying for the SIM card. I thought they only entertain online application? I applied 2 cards on Saturday.
Those who applied online, they will update you to go and collect right? |
