I took mine on 25/1/2018, I activated one on that days also. Later I heard somebody said self collected will be automatically within 24 hours, so I activated another one on 27/1/2018 but I can see activation date in the app is 27/1/2018 also. I activated remaining on 1/2/2018 and found out activation date is 29/1/2018. So I guess TM only auto activate self collected simcard on 29/1/2018 onward. All simcard taken on 29/1/2018 and onward will be self activated on that day.

A FB friend of mine also get same info from Ipoh outlet. And I already clarify with FB Cs and live chat Cs, both of them told me this is wrong information.

I think he may be reload and buy add-ons on the same days, so he wouldn't know whether reload would extend validity. I bought reload on 24/2 , testing result would be out on 25/3.

I have pm mobile@unifi FB regarding this. He keeps asking me no need to worry, usage from add-ons can extend validity .I already told him termination date is not correct but he keeps saying same thing. Can you keep us update whether your line still alive after 5/May?

Nvm , I plan to sacrifice one of Sim card to do testing. Because furdt three of my SIM card all having different activation date - 25/1, 27/1, 29/1. And remaining 7 Sim card , I took in Feb.

Yesterday updated app to latest version which is released on 13 Mar. Found out that in history - Add-ons Tab, no more info regarding the free 20GB Data, refresh many time also same.But my reload of rm10 still there in the reload tab. What does mean? Hahaha.

Not Dashboard. I mean the history tab - add-on tab, previously got info of 20GB with date and time stamp (Date that we got the free data).

That is no way to check the Date, how do you know the expiry date?

Yes, I just live chat with them. They said they wouldn't be able to check termination date. They only can check "validity date" which 90 days from activation date.
