collected my sim yesterday, but still no phone to use it
yesterday i also ask the officer at tm about validity period
according to him, an sms or call also reset the 90days cycle

Just activate my sim. But i never get sms or anything. Straight can surf the web. although detecting 4g here in batu 9 cheras, speed kinda suck. Around 0.6 to 0.9 mbps

Bcoz unifi only have lte. Non lte will be cater by celcom
Btw, speed in alor star is around 5 - 7mbps.
