Goddamn their courier service is the worst ever. Claimed to be within 3 days now already 4th day but still not arrived. When I called the courier responsible as given by unifi website (lineclearexpress) they asked me to called another courier number since the tracking number is not in their system. Called the other courier and they suddenly claimed its within 7 days and the parcel is not even processed yet vmad.gif . Plus the fact that sim card owner need to be at home really interfere with my activity since I will not be at home next week. When ask unifi what the hell is going on the say sorry probably because high number of people ordering.

Why the hell I pay rm10.60 should have just go pickup myself easier

Yeah I recommend everone else just go take it yourself at the collection place. Delivery is more problematic since they need you to be there with the IC

Having the same problem with u. Can call, recieve call, send sms, browse internet just well but cannot receive any sms. By any chance did you solve the problem already? I,ve been waiting for almost one day already but no sms come in. Had tried sending from multiple different number too.

Anyone else still cannot recieved sms but other function works well??
Already 2 days for me and they still havent reply to my email.

Can any nice forumer that can log in to the apps help me ask them about on the live chat as I have no access to it. I tried contacting everywhere (100 number and tm direct email and live chat on tm website doest support unifi@mobile problem), the need help section on the apps seems to be not working right now for me. They are not replying to the facebook massage aswell. Its already affecting my works as I cannot use internet banking now. cry.gif
