Goddamn their courier service is the worst ever. Claimed to be within 3 days now already 4th day but still not arrived. When I called the courier responsible as given by unifi website (lineclearexpress) they asked me to called another courier number since the tracking number is not in their system. Called the other courier and they suddenly claimed its within 7 days and the parcel is not even processed yet

Anyone else still cannot recieved sms but other function works well??
Already 2 days for me and they still havent reply to my email. Can any nice forumer that can log in to the apps help me ask them about on the live chat as I have no access to it. I tried contacting everywhere (100 number and tm direct email and live chat on tm website doest support unifi@mobile problem), the need help section on the apps seems to be not working right now for me.
