Izit 4g show on notification bar doesn't mean lte? Cause it deduct from 3g/4g section instead of the 20gb lte.

Im using OnePlus 3 (MY set from brightstar). But the maximum speed i getting always lower than 10Mbps even it show 4g. Any idea why?
