Is the sim card free? I need to pay rm 10 after register in the app. I though promotional period is still free? Or only the 20 gb is free?

The coverage here in shah alam is quite bad.(at least arround my home and wirk area. Rarely connected to lte. My 20 gb quota still untouched. Haha no point having lota of data if cant use
