Anyone can define 'chargeable activities'?
If it means usage after we finish all add-on, so there will be rate of calls / data / SMS without add-on right?

anything that deduct your credit is defined as chargeable usage or activities.
at the moment, tm or webe didn't define payu for local call/sms/data but only add on available, therefore only known chargeable activity is IDD call.

Finally done with webe unlimited. Terminated my line today. I was planning to suspend only today as I already have unifi and not using webe much. Their line also been slower these days after free unifi mobile sims giving away. Was thinking to let it cool down a month and see if it gets better later. Told CS I am going overseas for 1 month and they requested to see my flight ticket. Found it outright ridiculous. They don't have the right to do so and it's my privacy. So decided to terminate it and enough with their bullshit. Now i'm really #Bebas from their shits

no need to tell them too much detail, just let them know we no longer using it is enough~

in another word, when I purchase 8GB data with RM50, it will reset to 90 days of validity. When I use 1MB from that 8GB, it will reset to 90 days of validity again?
I read all 30+ post here and people keep mentioning different info and says it is from Unifi official sources.

yeah, we have to wait for 90 days to pass to know exactly.

but i have strong feel that unifi mobile will change something to encounter all the ppl that after free 20gb( those who want to keep line active forever with free 20gb LTE )

so for what i understand from their website and other major website coverage about this service is
- a prepaid with no expiring or validation
- buy add on and use what ever you like
- if inactive , after 90 days line will be terminated
- not really sure on inactive but i assume no call / sms / data usage

Two different TM point staff told me as long as you make call or sms, the validity will be extended 90days. However, the call center officer told me usage from add on doesn't count. Then just yesterday, unifi FB team replied me this:-
"Hello! 😁 Yes, the call that you used from the "Add-Ons", will be counted as chargeable usage. Thank you. 😁"

Even Unifi frontline people also gave conflicting statements. So, it's better to track this topic and wait for the true answer from the actual user who tested the system.

U r the one who decide, not the ppl from unifi that told u from the mouth, the tnc just stated reload, add on or chargeable usage, that's all…

i live somewhere in ulu kedah and somewhere this unifi mobile has a better lte connection than maxis/hotlink.. i constantly got lte connection inside my house..while for maxis/celcom, its hard to get an lte connection

it's easy, just refer to your history and there are 3 categories, reload, add on and pay per use.
if add on already got a time stamp, using the quota from add on won't get you any new time stamp, either you want to believe those "staff" and risk to get your line terminated or just spend 15 cents to make a IDD call.
I don't dare to wait till last day kelam kabut go here and there to find the IDD number to call, just be prepared and continue to enjoy the freedom~

Okay guys, here is another info.

So, basically make call, sending sms, use your data quota, buying add on or topup is considered chargeable usage. BUT free data, call time are not chargeable usage. So, you must topup first time at least RM10.

Or, finish your free 20gb first, then topup so you get active another 90 days. After that, purchase add on, stay active another 90 days and then use your quota to stay active.

Basically, if you leave your sim card. Never use for 90 days, it will get cancelled. That is all.
