My 2 sims which was activated in Jan , it's add-on history disappeared too (the info about the free 20 gb and also the add-on calls I purchased).

But the 3 sims I applied in Feb, seems to be unaffected. The history still shows the info.

Maybe some kind of bug.

They should have implement USSD to check data and credit balance, they din take into considering for ppl using BlackBerry and Symbian or even featured phones that do not support the app.

i also facing similar issue. im using samsung galaxy S8 as well.

Seem like my iphone able to catch LTE more effectively than my samsung do.

Did u check which bands these phones support since UnifiMobile uses band 5,38 & 40?

Hi, I have just got my card today, currently using Lenovo P70A, although this phone was listed in the phone simulation, im still not able to get the 4G connection. According to GSMArena spec list, the 4G bands as follows: LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 20(800), so does that mean im not getting the 4G in this case? since what i heard so far is that you nid to have Band 5 (850MHz) ....

On top of that, mine only shows the LTE Only quota, but not the 3G/LTE quota (which is nothing im my case). anyone experiencing the same issue? Thanks

ok, i finally know what is the problem. because my current phone do not support LTE. No wonder the data not running.

4G network not support USSD. Not TM fault. The best unifi can do is setup SMS balance gateway. SMS balane to 22888 something like that. Even better setup prepaid info portal like TMgo did.

Do manual network scan with non unifi sim card. if yiu see 50211 or webe you good to go. Scanning network with unifi sim card not recomend because celcom 4G also detect as Unifi 4G . And you wondering why cannot connected .

It just load the Unifi app.

Your phone doesn't support band 5/38/40. So u cannot connect to unifi 4g. Only 3G for u.
