Been playing this game since it was released a couple of weeks ago...Yes! both the Japan and asia version are dual language.

If yur a fan of old school RPG, this game is for you...but if you hate random battle then it's not..

Th biggest difference are enhanced graphics and additional dungeon...other than that it's the same game as the DS.

P.S - This is the remake of FFI...the 2nd will only be out in June.
