im nw vy    in choosing a psu nw

my fren suggest to me to buy Acbel 450W Intelligent Power
but i think it wont power enough my rig as shown in my sig
i thought of buying ST56F, ya its modular though
from wat i read from previous post all of u recommend single rail

do u all think i really need ST56ZF  ? (actually i thought of buying it but too xpensive, cheapest also RM480 from karom)
my mobo only p4 s478 ler (sometimes i'll try to oc also)

or do all taiko taiko there cn recommend me other psu?
if possible my budget would be <RM400 lar, possible single rail lar

is that st56f got any problem?

Frankly speaking, all the PSU will have RMA problem because the electricity not stable (sometime high & sometime low, just observe the fan in your house u will know what am i talking about) in Asian country except Singapore. 

Im using it ... Its good...

1-I read in some articles said look for at least 18A for the 12V. What will happen if using below 18A?

2-Cant any1 tell me how to recognize the power supply pure power of not.
