to me, modular is good for those who doesnt like cable management although it will reduce the efficiency of the psu

sure real power is better than extreme. real power means continuous output power where else extreme isnt.

mushkin psu is not bad too. but 580ap is a modular psu, which i dont like. best performance psu are mostly not modular. besides that, its not easy to get those here in malaysia
