anyone can give me suggestion which one is better for OC purpose :
1. silverstone st56f 2 vantec ion 2 550w psu (wif blue sleeving) i do some googling st56f have 12v-18amp but the vantec have 12v-22amp. other than that both PSU spec are almost d same.... 400w true power is not enough 4 me  |

as i said before thest56f have 12v-18amp but the vantec have 12v-22amp. are these output crucial? i read somewhere that some gc requires 20amp to run smoothly.. can explain about this?

looks like i must spend on silverstone rather than vantec. st60f maybe enuf... btw can st60f handle 3870 xfire? considering i have 3 hdd, 12 fan, 4 ram and 2 pci-e card.. ?
