i'm using Coolermaster True Power 450W (aka Acbel 450W) for 3 years already and still rocks. Past few months i upgraded my system from athlon k8 to c2d. I dint change my CM PSU and still using it for my c2d. My current system is rock stable @1.86GHz until when i tried to OC it above 2.7GHz. I suspected it might be power supply problem. And guess what, it is.

its not my mobo. coz i'm using nvidia 680i mobo and most of them reached 475fsb easily but in my case i only get 395fsb.

yes. You are right which i already knew that fact. Let me explain. For my setup/CPU i got 400fsb hole but when straight to let say 410Fsb it will boot but unstable. Actually i managed to OC the board upto 450FSB but its not stable. i already tweaked some BIOS settings ie loose memory timings/overvoltage. I also knew that too much overvoltaging will make it unstable so i'm very cautious when increasing the voltage. i've done 4 months experimenting the board but i cant get it stable more than 395fsb. So i figured it might be my PSU. If you think that at some point i'm missing, your comments are welcome.
