Can Acel iPower 450W handles my Oced's System well when i change my current GC to 8800GT @ HD3870??

I want to change my Sapphire HD4670 512MB GDDR4 with Sapphire HD4770 512MB GDDR5, can SilverStone Strider 400W handle this GC well enough?
