I know PC P&C 750W is good.... As for OCZ, I suggest that u can go check some reviews.... Actually, OCZ owns PC P&C but the technology they use to produce is actually different although they are related....

I think can't be stingy on buying PSU la coz PSU is the source of power for all ur components... Got money to buy Q6600 but no money to buy PSU ar??? I suggest better get a brand that is recognized like Silverstone and PC P&C.... Tagan is also a good choice coz I used this before and it is pretty stable in delivering the power that I need..... If u dun hav money to buy a nice case nvm la... can leave it open but if dun own a good PSU, then how to use ur PC wo??? This is just my 2 cents la...
