Hi everyone. I would like to ask for advice from all sifu here. I have purchased my tickets from KL to Sabah and return at total RM830+ 2 weeks ago. And Today I found out that the price has gone down to RM559 with the current promo "fixed fare". That is about RM270+ differences. Shall I request for a refund to my credit account, and then book the same flight again at current promo price? The current promo is until 8 Jul only. Not sure is that possible, and I really sad to see there huge price difference purchased. Kindly advise

guys.. sorry if this has been answered. I've done a quick search on this thread but couldnt find an answer.
My flight has been cancelled but I dont understand the meaning of this * Change your flight date without additional charges to any date before 31 October 2020;
Does it mean a) i can change my flight date unlimited time, but after 31 october, I'm not allowed to make changes anymore. Fligh date (flight departure) can be anytime (no restriction).
or
b) I can only change my flight date unlimited time, but its date (flight departure) must be before 31 october 2020.
I'm confuse. The answer should be (a) or (b)?
Thanks.

If I removed the word "unlimited" in my original question, I assume you mean the answer should be (b), right.. The new flight date must be before 31st oct 2020. As for the unlimited thingy, it is stated in AirAsia FAQ page (https://support.airasia.com/s/article/COVID-19-Flight-Changes-FAQs?language=en_GB).

As for the unlimited thingy, it is stated in AirAsia FAQ page (https://support.airasia.com/s/article/COVID-19-Flight-Changes-FAQs?language=en_GB). So this is the email I received for my flight cancellation. "1. Unlimited flight change: Change to any new travel date before 31 October 2020 on the same route any time up to 48 hours before flight departure an unlimited amount of times without any additional cost subject to seat availability." I think it is stated clearly.

Anyway, I'll stop arguing now. I got what you mean. Thanks a lot .
