May i ask, if i ping www.lowyat.net. Which ms is considered ok? sometimes average I get 70ms, sometimes average 50ms sometimes average 30ms. Which one is suitable?

btw, with BT getting throttled to the wazoo, are you guys downloading the patch data? seems to be 247MB at the moment, and I am still at 60% I hope they don't add too many new stuff come patch day. I don't want to be stuck downloading it for a week

yeah, took awhile though. it was more than an 8 hr download for me but i d/l it over the weekend when traffic was high using WoW downloader.

there are alternative sites up already if you wanna d/l that way. would be faster. i usually goto http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_mirrors

tmnet is known for retarded service and there is nothing we can do because of anti competition. I guarantee they will lose the competition if some foreign country gets to open an ISP business without restrictions here.

That is because Blizzard does not allow their servers to be pinged. It's better to do a trace route, you still wont reach Blizz's servers, but at least you can see the quality of the connection before the final hop.
