The routers that comes from the ISP are usually really bad and cheap, and the Maxis router is one of them that does the job, but not optimally. Ubiquiti caters to the enterprise market, so it will,definitely be better than the TP-Link which caters for home use. ) Not many high end routers in the market can be used to replace the Technicolor 398AC, if you want the all-in-one package...My TPLink AP500 serves me well, and I am happy with it. However, I think the Ubiquiti UAP-AC-LR would be better. |
