what excuses did the agent tell you when you asked to withdraw? i have friend wanted to withdraw for months too but due to MCO it's hard to find buyers now.

Just followed up with my agent, due to the recent offer to convert to equity share and FMCO/EMCO since May their office was closed so commission was put on hold. But will be able to receive the usual commission soon. About the withdrawal, they need to get buyers for your license.

the license is limited to 10k last time if not mistaken, hence if the license fully sold and if one wants to invest in they can't buy a new license so they need to buy from an existing investor.

i also did not receive since march and i've been following up with agents according to him they were not working from office during mco, so commission delayed and because of the equity plan thingy. will follow up with him again next month.

only resumed to work ytd? did they say they will payout the outstanding commissions to investors? havent receive mine since Jan.

received partial commission today, anyone else received? but small amount

i'm not sure due when because they havent release the statement in my account dashboard but i'm guessing it is. why only partial tho? almost 50% from the normal commission.

how come you haven't, me and some friends who have invested have received the commission last month. but it was lesser than usual most likely due to prolonged MCOs. have you tried checking with their office?

I think so, haven't check to the statement in their website because they haven't update the statement yet. Actually what I think is they will still payout just that definitely lower compared to pre-covid and with their re-structure (equity partner) etc. Perhaps before covid their main target is corporate where companies rent and buy capsules in monthly/weekly basis from them, now some companies still wfh hence the lower demand liao. Maybe just be patience and give them some time?

the last I receive was 3 months ago but it was for 2021 July payout and it's lower than before. checked with the agent he mentioned in 2021 really low sales due to many wfh hence demand for capsules lesser than 2019 - main target is for office consumers I think.
